Eligibility Information

Full and part-time permanent ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ employees are eligible for a Buff OneCard.

New employees can apply for their card as soon as their employment paperwork has been completed.

Please email boc@colorado.edu with a headshot. If you would like your card mailed, please also send a current mailing address.

Employees who qualify for a Buff OneCard include:

• Classified staff with permanent appointments
• Professional exempt staff with permanent appointments
• Faculty with permanent appointments
• Faculty members employed throughout the year whose contracts are renewed annually, including professional research assistants and research associates

Also, employees employed over 50% time may obtain their first EcoPass card free of charge. Find out more about the .

Your Buff OneCard and EcoPass card must be surrendered at the time of termination of employment.
