Copilot Chat Features

Copilot Chat is a web-based chat tool that can help faculty, staff, and students improve their productivity and efficiency. Copilot Chat uses the GPT-4o and DALL-E 3 AI models to answer questions, generate content, or help you with tasks using public online data. All ��ƷSM��ӰƬ faculty, staff and students are licensed for Copilot Chat.

How to get it

Visit the Copilot Chat website and sign in with your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password.

Copilot Chat supports Microsoft Edge (desktop and mobile) and other major non-Microsoft browsers like Chrome, Firefox* and Safari.**

*Customers using Linux may experience issues accessing Copilot Chat through Firefox.
**In certain cases, Safari may require you to add the Copilot Chat site address to the pop-up blocker's allow list.

New Daily Parking Option in Grandview

New Daily Parking Option in Grandview Christopher Marelli Tue, 09/23/2025 - 14:13

The new Grandview Parking Garage is now open and available for employee use by purchasing a daily permit online or paying by the hour via Parkmobile. The garage is located at 1215 Grandview Avenue, north of the new Limelight Hotel. Public parking is available on levels 3 and above. The lower two levels and basement are reserved for guests staying at the hotel.

Daily permits continue to be available in select lots on campus, based on availability. The daily discount continues for employees who are logged into their parking account to purchase their permit.

The parking availability tool can help you find available pay by the hour parking spaces in popular visitor lots.

The new Grandview Parking Garage is now open and available for employee use by purchasing a daily permit online or paying by the hour via Parkmobile.

With the semester back in full swing, is your commute all set? Read on for some opportunities to upgrade your transportation game.

BuffRide: East Campus on-demand bus service

Getting to and from East Campus just got a little bit easier. ��ƷSM��ӰƬ’s Transportation team has launched a convenient, app-based transit option to replace the Marine Street Express Buff Bus route. With just a few taps, riders can request a ride to one of eight designated stops, including the Distribution Center and CU Surplus Store, the CINC building and other key locations in the Marine Street zone. Learn more and download the app.

BCycle is now free for all CU staff!

All CU employees are eligible for a free Boulder BCycle CU membership, thanks to a partnership between ��ƷSM��ӰƬ's Environmental Center and BCycle. This membership gives you unlimited rides under 60 minutes - perfect for getting around campus or between CU locations. Just download the Boulder BCycle app and use your identikey@colorado.edu email address when registering. Learn more about BCycle.

FF2 is expanding its service along with other RTD routes

Take a look at the new RTD services changes, which are also on the RTD schedule:

The FF2 and FF4 Flatiron Flyer will have more trips during peak hours.
Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station has reopened with the AB2 and FF4 bus routes, connecting Boulder to the airport and downtown Denver respectively.
Weekday AB2 airport trips now depart from Boulder Junction Depot Square Station. Saturday service between Downtown Boulder and the airport now operates as AB3 to reduce confusion.
Westbound FF5 trips in the afternoon and evening now travel via I-70 to I-25 and continuing onto US 36 to avoid congestion.

Will Vill goes clockwise

We’re streamlining Buff Bus service for greater efficiency! The Will Vill, Will Vill Limited and Bear Creek loops have been consolidated into a single clockwise route named “Route W: Williams Village.” Our other Buff Bus routes will continue as before. See the new schedules for fall 2025.

Get support for travel as a Via or RTD Access-a-Ride rider

Registered Via riders that need transportation when Via cannot provide it may qualify for the Family and Friends Mileage Reimbursement Program. RTD Access‑a‑Ride customers can also now sign up for the income-based LiVE program, which cuts trip costs in half and provides discounted 6‑ride ticket books, so take a look to see if you qualify.
