Session 1: General Overview: In this session, Melissa Keller and Enrique Lujan, our property accounting experts in the Campus Controller’s Office, will cover guidelines and best practices relating to purchasing, tagging, inventorying, updating location, transferring and surplussing capital equipment.Ìý

This training will guide you through the appropriate use of gift cards, including how to establish gift card authorization, manage distribution, and maintain accurate records.

Elevate your documentation skills. This interactive session will dive into the audit's findings on documentation. Learn the best practices for business purpose statements and receipt management to save time and reduce risk.

This training series is ideal for staff who are new to the financial aspects of research administration at ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ. Experienced staff will also find the suite to be useful as a refresher. With so much information packed into the course, there’s something new for everyone!
