Presenter, “From IDEA to ADA: Understanding the Transition from K-12 to Higher Education for Students with Disabilities”��

Brooke Nordgren is an Access Coordinator at the ��ƷSM����ӰƬ, where she supports students with disabilities in navigating higher education. Before joining ��ƷSM����ӰƬ in 2023, she worked as an academic and career advisor for Colorado Early Colleges and held roles in college readiness and special education. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from ��ƷSM����ӰƬ. Her professional interests include college transition, academic coaching, diversity, and supporting students in developing self-advocacy skills.��
